Biuro Inwestycji Kapitałowych has signed a letter of intent with Awbud for the construction of a warehouse building.

Awbud is to build hall no. 5 in Śląskie Centrum Logistyczne on ul. Orląt Lwowskich in Sosnowiec. The parties are to enter exclusive negotiations over the contract which should be concluded by March 17th, 2017. The contract has an estimated value of PLN 17.85 mln net with work to be launched in April 2017.
