Auto-Gum of Kraków has leased of 12,000 sqm from 7R in Centrum Logistyczne Kraków – Kokotów V.

The 27,000 sqm gla building is currently under construction. Auto-gum, which has been on the Polish market for over 25 years, is one of the largest distributors of tyres and batteries in Poland with sales of more than 700,000 tyres per year.

- 7R offers top standards in warehouse space, which is to be tailored to our needs. The warehouse has superior fire protection as well as a sprinkler system suited to the products we store -  said Stanisław Szpakiewicz, a member of the board and one of the co-owners of Auto-Gum.

In June this year 7R completed the first stage of the warehouse park, which is its flagship project. Currently it comprises four warehouses with a combined area of 55,000 sqm. By the end of 2019, the park should have a gla of 200,000 sqm in eight buildings.
