Segro will build 30 400 sqm of warehouse space (including 1 000 sqm of office space) for Arvato Polska in Segro Logistics Park Stryków due to new agreement with polish brand LPP. There is an e-commerce service center to be opened for Reserved, Mohito, House and Sinsay. Arvato has also a possibility to enlarge its space of another 30 000 sqm.

- What decided of choosing Segro Logistics Park Stryków were both great localisation next to the highway, as well as the perspective of development of the project designed for us - said Lidia Ratajczak-Kluck, a director and a board member at Arvato Polska.

Goldbeck is the general contractor of the project. The transaction was mediated by Colliers International.

Segro Logistics Park Stryków is a flagship park of Segro in CEE region. The space of facility created in 2006 is 200 000 sqm now and may be extended to 400 000 sqm.
