A paper distribution, packaging and visual communication company will move to P3 Błonie Logistic Park near Warsaw.

Built to suit building for the tenant (26 000 sqm) will be build with implementation of ecological solutions in the form of insulation panels, solar panels for heating water and LED lighting. Tenant will occupy an external office (805 sqm). The transfer of Antalis is scheduled for mid-2017. Antalis was adviced by Colliers International.

- The choice of P3 Park Błonie was dictated, among others thanks to it great location that will allow us to move from current headquarters and to retain our team - said Robert Mitura, CSEE Logistic Director Antalis. 

P3 Park Błonie is located in Błonie, 27 km west from Warsaw city center. The park consists of 14 buildings, the main tenants are Wilshire Holding, IBM, Europapier and Triumph. 

- In Błonie we have almost 200 000 sqm and we are in the process of building another 50 000 sqm - said Magda Kilijańska, senior leasing manager of P3 in Poland.
