Prologis has completed an 18,100 sqm build-to-suit warehouse at Prologis Park Stryków for Arvato Polska.

The new building, which was completed ahead of schedule, is the next stage of a project commissioned by Arvato Polska in 2016. Including its previous lease, Arvato Polska now occupies 40,400 sqm at Prologis Park Stryków.

- This is the second building in Prologis Park Stryków that has been tailored to Arvato’s specific needs. The new centre was built to service a fashion industry client of Arvato Polska. We reinforced the floor, prepared working areas with additional lighting and constructed a mezzanine floor - said Ewa Zawadzka, the head of land and development at Prologis Poland.

The new building is BREEAM certified. The space is illuminated by LEDs and uses an intelligent smart metering system. A high level of energy efficiency has been ensured through thermal and air tightness testing of the building.

Totalling 40,400 sqm, Prologis Park Stryków is located within one kilometre of the junction of two major motorways – A1/E75 (Gdańsk-Vienna) and A2/E30 (Berlin-Moscow). The road infrastructure ensures a seamless connection with the Łódź metropolitan area as well as the rest of the country. Eventually, the park will total 78,800 sqm.
