The Association of Business Service Leaders (ABSL), a leading organization representing the business services sector, has established cooperation with new Strategic Partners – Adecco Group, a global player on the employment and personnel consulting market, and Colliers International, a global leader in real estate services and investment management.

Facing business challenges together.
The business services sector in Poland is the industry most rapidly adapting to the changing reality, being a crucial element stimulating the economy. The dynamic development of ABSL is possible thanks to cooperation with a wide range of experts and partners. ABSL partners will support member companies in their business challenges, providing solutions tailored to the changing market needs, especially during a pandemic, thanks to their extensive experience in cooperation with the sector, active participation in union meetings, cooperation on projects and sharing expert knowledge with members.

By establishing a strategic partnership with Adecco Group and Colliers International, ABSL reiterates and strengthens its long-term commitment to the development of talent and creation of business-friendly legislative solutions, ensuring stable conditions for development, as well as Poland's competitiveness and investment attractiveness. The priority will be to promote the sector through joint initiatives, including educational projects, reports and analyzes.

“Our goal is to build a competitive and sustainable economy that supports business and investment development. To achieve this goal, we aim to create an enabling environment, but we also need partners representing specific industries who will enrich our message and strengthen our activities. We are currently working intensively to define challenges and the plan of our activities to increase the competitiveness of the business services sector and to attract even more investments, now crucial in rebuilding the economy, hit by the COVID-19 crisis.” - says Paweł Panczyj, Managing Director Strategy & Partnerships, ABSL.

Focus on employees
Adecco Group is a world leader among personnel consulting companies. The Adecco company was established in 1996, when the two largest global brands in the industry, Adia and Ecco, merged. As a strategic partner of ABSL, it will support the organization in the area of HR, including trends and analyzes related to personnel consulting and employment, which will respond to the increasingly diverse needs of companies from the service sector.

“We believe that the business service sector, also thanks to the involvement of ABSL, has become one of the key drivers of the Polish and Central European economy, permanently shaping the labor market. However, the positive macroeconomic impact is the effect of the sector’s strength and the unique competencies that have been created thanks to business services. Our common mission will be the development of business potential and creating a competitive economy that creates new, valuable workplaces. We are particularly close to activities aimed at improving the qualifications of people entering the labor market and the availability of human capital.”says Daniel Wocial - General Director and Custer Head for Poland, Czech Republic and Slovakia at The Adecco Group.
