7R, a developer of warehouse and logistics space, will construct a new 7R City Flex Warsaw Airport I complex in Warsaw.
This is the first investment of 7R company in Warsaw, which is being built within the concept of 7R City Flex Last Mile Logistic urban warehouse network. A complex of three facilities with a total area of approximately 13,900 sq.m. of small business unit will be constructed by the S2 expressway, near the Fryderyk Chopin Airport and the SKM station. The facility will be located 500 metres from the Warsaw Okęcie tram terminal, which is a part of the Park & Ride complex and in the vicinity of the shopping centre.
7R City Flex Warsaw Airport I will consists of three buildings with areas: 5,600 sqm, 4,900 sqm and 3,4 sqm, designed in accordance with the BREEAM certificate.
- The space can be flexibly arranged and matched both under the warehouse space, as well as service space, light production and high-class offices. The location of warehouses within the agglomeration guarantees access to appropriate road and public transport infrastructure, which makes it an attractive location also in terms of access to staff - adds Maciej Krawiecki, Director at 7R.
