The construction of 7R Park Rzeszów, a warehouse park located near Special Economic Zones and the so-called Aviation Valley, has started. The warehouse park will consist of two buildings with a total area of 56,000 sqm.

7R Park Rzeszów will become a part of the supply chain of the Aviation Valley, it is also dedicated as a base for companies operating in the Rzeszów Special Economic Zones. The general contractor is Bremer, the first building of 7R Park Rzeszów will be completed at the end of this year.

- According to the developer's requirements, when implementing 7R Park Rzeszów, we will use solutions that meet the BREEAM certification standards - announces Piotr Miodek, Commercial Director from Bremer. 
7R Park Rzeszów is located 6 km from the city centre, in the vicinity of the Rzeszów Główny railway station and the Rzeszów Jasionka International Airport.

The first lease agreement signed with a large logistics operator and the interest of new potential customers definitely confirm the attractiveness of smaller agglomerations and the rightness of our strategy of locating further 7R investments in such cities - adds Bartłomiej Krawiecki, member of the 7R Management Board.
