A total of 3,600 sqm of warehouse and office space has been leased at Distribution Park Okęcie near Warsaw Chopin Airport.

The leases include a renewal by Nuair Polska, as well as two new leases agreements by X-press Couriers and Aromanti.

The logistic centre is owned by Hines Global REIT. It consists of four buildings with a total area of 39,000 sqm, including warehouses and offices. The park has 552 parking spaces with access to the storage space via 64 loading docks.
