Swedish clothing company H&M has chosen Segro Logistics Park Poznań in Gądki as its distribution centre for e-commerce orders. The leaseholder will occupy 30,000 sq.m.

The decision of H&M to choose the Segro park in this particular location was based on a convenient connection with the A2 motorway and the S11 expressway, as well as high standards of the facility in terms of sustainable construction.

-  Installed in the facility, modern LED internal lighting, controlled by the intelligent DALI system, is an eco-friendly solution that not only lowers operating costs, but also improves working conditions of the employed people. The building also features solutions to provide greater daylight access in picking areas and an environmentally friendly heating system that partially recovers energy. Responsible and sustainable development are becoming important issues for an increasing number of business customers, as well as for a growing group of end user - says Waldemar Witczak, Segro's regional director.

Segro Logistics Park Poznań, Gądki is located in the western part of Poland, 13 km from the centre of Poznań, by the S11 expressway, near the A2 motorway.
